BOOKING Policy

I appreciate your interest in booking me for your big day! Below is the process I follow to ensure a smooth, personalized, and professional experience:

1. Inquiry & Initial Details

Once you submit your inquiry, I will respond with customized information based on your event location and needs. This includes:
   •    A personalized quote with the travel fee (if applicable) 
   •    The option to add additional bridesmaids to the Luxe Bridal Package
   •    A breakdown of the final package total based on your preferences

2. Confirmation

If you’d like to move forward with the full luxury experience for your special day, simply reply to confirm. At that point, I will send you:
   •    A professional contract outlining all details
   •    Instructions to submit a non-refundable deposit via Venmo to secure your date

Your date will not be officially reserved until both the signed contract and deposit are received.

3. Bridal Party Count

If you’re unsure of your total bridesmaid count at the time of booking, that’s absolutely fine, as long as you meet my minimum booking requirement. You’ll have until two weeks before your wedding to confirm the final number of services needed so I can plan accordingly.

4. Second Artist Policy

If your party includes more than 7 bridesmaids receiving makeup services, we will bring in a second artist to keep everything on schedule.
Good news, I do not charge an extra fee for this. We’re besties, and I’m here to take the stress off your shoulders and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Please note: the earlier we know your final count, the better, so we can secure a second artist in time.

Important : 
   •    Final headcount and timing adjustments must be communicated no later than 14 days before the wedding.
   •    The remaining balance is due no later than the day before the event.
   •    Travel fees are determined based on your location and will be shared before the booking is finalized. 

  •    I am located in downtown Columbus.
